Join Us as a Vendor at Vegan Sausage Fest! Be part of an exciting celebration of plant-based living at Vegan Sausage Fest! Each year, we seek vendors who share our commitment to sustainability, delicious food, and cruelty-free products.

Applications for 2026 are now closed!

Vendor Requirements:

  • All vendors must offer 100% vegan products—no animal-derived ingredients or materials.

  • All vendors must have a WI seller’s permit and business insurance.

  • Food vendors are encouraged to showcase creative takes on vegan sausage dishes, picnic sides, and other plant-based delights.

  • Food vendors must provide all of their own cooking equipment, 10x10 tent, POS system and obtain a Madison Transient Food License.

Vendor Fees:

  • Food Vendors: $250

  • Bakery/Sweets/Merchandise Vendors: $200

  • Non-Profit Vendors: $100

  • Informational Vendors: $100

  • Farm Sanctuaries: Free
