Booth Setup + Electricity
Vendors will be allowed to start setting-up as early as 8am on May 23, 2026. However, we will send out a schedule ahead of time as to when vendors can set-up so they are staggered.
Driving vehicles onto the turf is not permitted. Vendors must be prepared to get their items to their designated booth area by using a cart. Volunteers will be available to help during set up.
Vendors must be set up and ready to vend by 10:30am.
Booths must not penetrate the turf; weights are required for anchoring.
Due to the artificial turf at this premier stadium, neither gum, confetti, candy, seeds, peanuts, smoking tobacco nor chewing tobacco are allowed on the field or in the stadium. These substances can cause severe damage to turf and involve increased maintenance costs.
All open flare and oil based cooking must be done off of the playing surface and on protective flooring with tar paper or similar covering to prohibit damages. Based on vendor menus and needs, we’ll place vendors in specific areas of the venue.
Injury, marring, or defacement in any manner to the Premises or any equipment contained on the Premises; the driving of nails, hooks, stakes, tacks, or screws into any part of the Premises or equipment on the Premises; or Signs or posters attached to painted or glass surfaces by any means, including duct tape or masking tape will cause damage to the historic facility; Any damage/cleanup fees incurred as a result of violating this rule will be charged to the Vendor.
Electricity is available on site for an additional $20, but we need to know ahead of the event; otherwise you are allowed to bring a quiet generator.
All vendors must be cleaned up and off the field by 4pm.
Food Safety + Handwashing
Vendors must set up proper food preparation spaces and a handwash station per local health guidelines.
Payment Technology
Vendors should be prepared to accept card and digital payments; Wi-Fi access is not guaranteed.
Fire & Safety
If using propane or cooking equipment:
Provide a proper fire extinguisher (ABC)
Follow local fire codes for open flame devices
